Quick update – mom’s cancer isn’t spreading! It’s in one place, and still only 1/2 a centimeter big. She’s getting it out at the end of the month. In the scheme of things, this is the best news we could have gotten. Yay!

Hey, this morning on NPR I heard a story on a new study that came out about breast cancer and I thought, “Dammit. Who the hell do I know that has someone that just found out they have breast cancer?” And then I read your blog.
